Seniors Get Moving at Dadeland Mall (VIDEO)
For one group of seniors, regular trips to the mall aren’t about snatching up the latest fashions. The Dadeland Mall Walkers meet four times a week to exercise together, socialize and keep each other moving.

Sponsored by Baptist Health South Florida and Dadeland Mall, the Dadeland Mall Walkers group has been meeting at the mall before it opens in the morning to exercise for the last 15 years.
Led by a group exercise instructor, the seniors get to participate in aerobics, yoga and tai chi, all designed to keep them moving on a regular basis. After the instructor-led activity, the group takes a casual walk around the mall and sometimes enjoys a healthy bite to eat.
The Baptist Health South Florida News Team caught up with the Dadeland Mall Walkers during one of their recent gatherings. Watch the video now.
