Cannoli Dip and Chips

Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 package of Pizzelle cookies or waffle cones

Directions

  1. In large bowl whisk together ricotta, cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in vanilla extract and whip for another 30 seconds.
  3. Taste test the dip - if you'd like it sweeter, add more powdered sugar. Fold in mini chocolate chips, reserving some to sprinkle on top for decoration if desired.
  4. Place in fridge until ready to serve with Pizzelle cookie or waffle cone pieces.
