Patricia Feito, M.D., Joins Baptist Health Medical Group
Primary care physician Patricia Feito, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Medical Group, an organization of more than 160 physicians, as part of the Baptist Health Primary Care team. Dr. Feito, Board-certified in family medicine, specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of health issues, including chronic illnesses such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease and arthritis, minor injuries and illnesses such as ear infections, flu and colds, routine check-ups and disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
Dr. Feito received her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies. She completed a family medicine internship and residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, Fla., where she won the Outstanding Family Medicine Intern Award and was most recently chief resident.
Dr. Feito earned additional areas of concentration in women’s health, inpatient medicine and procedures. Prior to medical school, she worked in the Baptist Hospital Emergency Center, first as the ER Administrative Team Coordinator and later as an EMT. Raised in Miami, Dr. Feito speaks English and Spanish.

Dr. Feito is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians. In St. Petersburg, she was active in the community, providing healthcare coverage for sporting events and working back-to-school health fairs. She was also active in many of the hospital’s leadership committees, including the Family Medicine Department Committee, the Critical Care Committee, the Code Blue Committee and the Medical Education Committee.
