Baptist Health South Florida Named One of the 2020 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® by Great Place to Work® and Fortune
This Marks the 20th Time Baptist Health Has Made the List
MIAMI, FL – February 18, 2020 – Great Place to Work and Fortune have honored Baptist Health South Florida as one of the 2020 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For®. This is the 20th time Baptist Health has been recognized on the list, and this year Baptist Health earned the #54 spot. Once again, Baptist Health ranked highest among the 100 Best Companies in terms of its percentage of minorities.
To determine the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, Great Place to Work® analyzed responses from more than 650,000 employees at Great Place to Work-CertifiedTM organizations across the country.
Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job.
