Baptist Health Medical Group Welcomes Family Medicine Physician Kaitlin Ross, M.D., to its Primary Care Team

Dr. Kaitlin Ross HeadshotMIAMI, FL – October 29, 2018 — Family medicine physician Kaitlin Ross, M.D., has joined Baptist Health Medical Group, a network of primary care doctors and specialists who provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, as part of Baptist Health Primary Care. Dr. Ross specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of health issues, including simple and complex health conditions, chronic disease management, minor emergencies, urgent care and the coordination of specialty care. She also focuses on wellness and prevention to help patients avoid disease, decrease disability and maintain good health. Dr. Ross is affiliated with West Kendall Baptist Hospital and will see patients at Baptist Health Medical Group Family Medicine Center, located at 15955 SW 96 Street, Suite 200, in Miami. Patients visiting the center experience minimal wait times, same-day appointments and easy access to lab services, annual check-ups, flu shots and vaccines.

Dr. Ross earned her medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Mass. She completed a residency in family medicine at West Kendall Baptist Hospital, Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, in Miami. She conducts clinical research in family medicine with the goal of improving patient care outcomes. She has published her findings in peer-reviewed medical journals and presented numerous posters and abstracts at national and international scientific symposiums.
